Configuring Visibility Through Tools

Visibility can be configured thru two Object Types:

1. Bus Comp level
2. View Level

1. Bus Comp Level U can configure view mode based on
1. Position
2. Organization
3. Personal (& some others)

The meaning of View mode based on Position is retrieve all records for a user on

which he is a team member (basis is position.)

The meaning of View mode based on Organization is retrieve all records for a user based on the Organization in which he is registered as employee.

The meaning of View mode based on Personal is retrieve all records for a user based on his User Id only.

Select the Buscomp, which u want to configure Visibility à select BuscompView

mode --> RCNR

The work is Half Done , if we do configuration changes in BC view mode only.

These are all the views we need to create in order to assign it to users depening on the business rules.
